Art Festival 2024


Thoughts on Canvas is back with its annual art festival and student award ceremony!

The theme of the event  this year will be “Nayi Peedi , Nayi Soch” – art celebrating the beauty, diversity, culture, aspirations of the youth of India.

Main highlight of event would be auction of upto 50 selected artworks from 200+ participating arts , first time auction of budding student designers and artists of TOC.

The festival would be open for participation to all current and former students of Thoughts on Canvas,. and will include annual 25+ student trophies and awards as well.

Painting Sizes can be A3, A2 and A4, but preferable would be A3, Any medium.  Only original made by the artist, no 3D pasting/ prints  on the artwork would be allowed.

There will be four age groups: Group A ( 5 – 8 yrs), Group B(9 – 12 yrs), Group C( 13 – 16 yrs), Group D: 16+ onwards

The event is likely to be in held at the end of the year in Gurgaon India  –  details of venue,  exact dates, participation process and fees will be published shortly.

  • Children under 18 years of age across India given the opportunity to showcase their art skills at the India International Centre, New Delhi from Dec 28th-31st
  • The exhibition was curated by Thoughts on Canvas, India’s largest virtual art and early design school. The exhibition showcased 250+ artworks from over 150+ children’s artists.
  • The award ceremony was presided by Shri Somnath Bharti, representing Malviya Nagar constituency as MLA in addition to serving as Vice President for Delhi Jal Board. 
  • He was accompanied by several other dignitaries including Ajay Dutt (MLA, Ambedkar Nagar), Ashok Bhowmick (eminent artist), Pankaj Kr Singh (senior AAP leader), Manish Trehan (Senior Journalist), Neeraj Sharma and Neeraj Mittra (renowned graphic artists).


  • TOC festival 2022 was scheduled for a week starting 18th of December 2022 at the renowned Lalit Kala Academy in New Delhi.
  • Over 200 Students of TOC participated in the festival from all over India.
  • The Chief Guest for the Program was the honorable speaker of Delhi Vidhan Sabha, Shri Shiv Niwas Goel, who inaugurated the festival and blessed the students.
